Elections and Voting

July 27, 2020

The City Clerk is charged with maintaining the registered voter list.  In order to ensure accurate records, you are encouraged to visit the Etowah County Board of Registrar to update your voter’s registration.  During election times, citizens vote at the Glencoe Senior Center.  Please bring a Photo ID with you.

Absentee Ballots can be picked up at Glencoe City Hall or you can call (256)492-1424 and request an application to be sent to you by mail.

Reminder: All applications have to have a copy of your photo ID when returned.
Once the ballots are in, they will be mailed out to the citizens that have applied for an absentee ballot by mail or can vote absentee at City Hall.
